2023 Peninsula Papagayo Invitational

Member/Guest Charity Golf Tournament

January 27 – 28, 2023

We are excited for you to join us for our 4th annual Peninsula Papagayo Invitational with former World #1 and Peninsula Papagayo brand ambassador, Ernie Els.

All proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit Creciendo Juntos and the Guanacaste Dry Forest Conservation Fund. Creciendo Juntos will receive the first $75,000 to complete its new community technology hub and support advanced education in the surrounding communities. Guanacaste Dry Forest Conservation Fund will receive the remainder of this year’s proceeds, earmarked for Costa Rica’s lauded BioAlfa project to promote bioliteracy. Read more about the initiative here.

The 18-hole foursome event is open to members and invited guests. Participation is open to amateurs, and the field is limited to the first 20 paid teams. Singles and twosomes will be paired with other golfers.

The weekend will include a clinic with Ernie Els, a glow-in-the-dark closest-to-the-pin contest, a welcome cocktail event, a gala and a silent auction. The silent auction will feature stays at Four Seasons Hotels Mexico City, Madrid, Denver, Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya, Andaz Maui At Wailea Resort, Park Hyatt St. Kitts and more.
