Peninsula Papagayo is unveiling a second oceanfront collection of Andaz Residences, an intimate, gated neighborhood planned for 35 two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, each designed by Predock to celebrate the interplay between architecture and nature. Expansive indoor–outdoor living, private plunge pools, and most homes rooftop terraces frame sweeping views across Culebra Bay, while Andaz Peninsula Papagayo will service and manage each residence for effortless ownership.

Thirty-five new homes by Predock expand Andaz living on the bay, arriving alongside resort-wide enhancements and a refreshed vision for Casa de Playa.
At the heart of the community, a private owners’ clubhouse will bring daily ease and elevated connection, ocean-view terraces, a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness areas, co-working lounges, and an upper-level retreat for light fare and refreshments. Owners may also opt into a rental program and club membership, unlocking access to The Clubhouse at Prieta Beach, the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, and Papagayo Park, our 20+ acre sports and wellness hub.
This new residential chapter arrives as Andaz Peninsula Papagayo continues to evolve. Recent enhancements span refreshed guestrooms and suites, a new Beauty Bar at Onda Spa and Wellness, expanded movement and martial arts programming at the Dojo, an enhanced live music schedule at Chao Pescao, and the launch of Gaio, a trattoria-style restaurant.
And there’s more ahead: work is underway on a significant expansion of Casa de Playa, our oceanfront beach house retreat, introducing a new family pool area, expanded sunbed capacity, all-weather dining, an oceanfront bar, upgraded cabana service, and enhanced recreation amenities.
