Peninsula Papagayo, the premier 1,400-acre club and resort community located in Guanacaste on the North Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation today announced they will expand their relationship with the development of an innovative collection of Andaz-branded residences at Peninsula Papagayo.
Situated adjacent to the existing Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo, the just-announced collection of Andaz Costa Rica Residences at Peninsula Papagayo will offer 25 fully turnkey, wholly owned seaside villas featuring reimagined indoor-outdoor living, individual plunge pools, and an unsurpassed array of amenities and experiences throughout the Andaz Costa Rica Resort and across the entire 1,400-acre private peninsula. Sales will commence in spring 2021 with prices starting in the low US$1-millions. Most residences are expected to be under US$2 million. Construction completion is anticipated in early 2023.
“The new Andaz Residences offer a fresh interpretation of indoor-outdoor living for outdoor enthusiasts,” said Donald McGregor of Miami-based Gencom, the developer and co-owner of Peninsula Papagayo. “We wanted to create a fun getaway that was true to the destination and easy to own.”
