Área de Conservación Guanacaste continues to reveal discoveries, from a newly identified marine worm at Playa Naranjo to ongoing botanical research that is making thousands of plant species more accessible through digital tools. Wildlife monitoring is also offering encouraging signs, including a jaguar mother with two cubs, modest growth in Olive Ridley nesting numbers, and expanded access to Sector Horizontes for hiking, biking, birding, and learning.
