Hotelera Playa Sombrero S.R.L. (the “Developer”) is solely responsible for the development, marketing, and sale of the Residences. An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt”) has licensed to the Developer the right to offer and sell the Residences using the Andaz name and trademarks. Neither Hyatt nor any of its affiliates has any ownership interest in the project and is neither responsible for, nor makes any representation or warranty concerning the development, marketing, sale, or operation of the Residences.
