The debut of Papagayo Palette last weekend was a smash hit, presenting a fresh and unique take on a traditional Costa Rican turno, or town party. The special evening featured chefs from Four Seasons and Andaz presenting modern gastronomy with traditional ingredients, local artisans displaying their creations, country fair games, and interactive workshops showcasing the richness and diversity of Costa Rican culture and creativity.

Memorable highlights included interactive Guaitil pottery and oxcart painting workshops, an exhibit of traditional Costa Rica masks inspired from local legends and folklore, the string quartet and masterful marimba playing of the National Philharmonic Orchestra, and the young dancers from Costa Rican National Youth Ballet who delighted with choreographies inspired by traditional folklore.
