Papagayo Park is the vibrant 20-acre sports and social heart of Peninsula Papagayo—an extraordinary place where residents and guests of all ages can move, play, unwind, and connect. From tennis, pickleball, and padel to a lap pool and a first-of-its-kind pump track, the Park brings active living, recreation, and community together in one dynamic setting.

With its first 10 acres now open, Papagayo Park introduces a new generation of recreational, fitness, and family-friendly amenities thoughtfully designed for every age and interest—creating a lively center of community life today while setting the stage for what’s still to come.

Padel, Pickleball & Tennis

World-Class Racquet Center

The state-of-the-art racquet center brings the energy with 2 padel courts, 6 pickleball courts, and 4 Rebound Ace hard surface tennis courts. Book a court, schedule a private lesson, or drop into one of our weekly clinics. Throughout the year, look forward to special tournaments and pop-up events designed to bring the community together.

Set above it all, Espira is a striking open-air shala designed for movement, connection, and unforgettable moments. From energizing wellness classes to curated events, the space flows effortlessly from day into evening—welcoming guests to linger, unwind, and take in the sunset when class is not in session.

Kids Adventure

A kid-powered adventure zone that brings together a playful splash pad and an action-filled playground with a zipline, log scramble, and more.

Dive into pure play with two waterslides and a poolside climbing wall built for splashy thrills and big smiles.

Pool

A dedicated three-lane lap pool for uninterrupted swims, complete with towels and training essentials for every session.

Daily Classes & Open Studio Time

Art Studio

A vibrant hub for artistic expression, the studio offers two instructor-led classes each day featuring a rotating selection of ceramics, sip & paint, printmaking, illustration, mixed media, and more. Guests can also drop in for open studio time, enjoying the freedom to work at their own pace with access to the space, materials, and a selection of DIY kits for personal projects and creative exploration.

Pump Track

Grab a BMX bike, scooter, or skateboard and ride the rhythm of the pump track. Carve your own line and have fun your way!

Basketball Court
